Hsieh on Happiness

This Colbert interview of Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos, has a lot for me to think about…I’m hoping I can find the book at our library. A transcript of the interview is here.

Tony Hsieh talks about how creating happiness in the business for customers and employers is their business culture–what he says could connect directly to schools, classrooms, teachers and students.

Here are Zappos’ Core Values, which could be retooled a bit for every TPRS classroom!
